In mainland Spain, delivery will be made within 48 to 72 business hours, in the Balearic Islands within 3 to 4 business days, and in the Canary Islands within 4 to 6 business days, as long as we have stock available and there is no need to customize the materials. Please note that the delivery times are calculated in business days (Monday to Friday) and that no deliveries are made on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays. Customized products will take an additional 4 to 5 business days to reach you.
HOW MUCH DOES SHIPMENT COST?
The shipping costs for orders will depend on the destination territory, and to provide the most convenient experience possible, we have a fixed price for shipments under 1,600kg.

Don’t worry, the carrier makes multiple delivery attempts. If the situation repeats, they will contact you by phone to arrange an appointment. Remember that you can use your workplace as the delivery address for added convenience.
If your order is taking longer than indicated when you made your purchase, please contact our Customer Service by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. They will verify the package’s location and request a tracking order for the shipment.
You have the right to return your order within a period of 14 days without the need for justification; this is your right of withdrawal. To exercise this right, you need to notify us at email@example.com.
When you decide to return the order, we will refund all payments, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery we offer), without undue delay and, in any case, no later than 14 days from the date on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will make the refund using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have notified us otherwise.
We may withhold the refund until we receive the returned goods or until you have provided proof of return. Orders must be returned to the HAIRY MAG warehouse, with the address at Rambla Exposició, 101 Local-3, 08800, Vilanova i la Geltrú (Barcelona), email: firstname.lastname@example.org.
At the latest within 14 days from the date on which you communicate your withdrawal decision. The deadline will be considered met if you return the order before the 14-day period has expired.
In any case, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised in the following situations:
1.- The purchase of digital products, once the product has been purchased, when execution has begun with the express consent of the consumer and user and with their acknowledgment that they are aware that they will lose their right of withdrawal.
2. The supply of goods or the provision of services whose price depends on fluctuations in the financial market that the entrepreneur cannot control and that may occur during the withdrawal period.
3. The supply of sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene and that have been unsealed after delivery (underwear).
4. The supply of goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized.
5. The supply of goods that are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly (food, flowers, fruit baskets, etc.).
6. The supply of goods that, after delivery and considering their nature, have been inseparably mixed with other goods.
7. Contracts in which the consumer and user have specifically requested the entrepreneur to visit for urgent repair or maintenance operations; if, during that visit, the entrepreneur provides additional services requested specifically by the consumer or supplies goods other than the spare parts necessarily used to perform maintenance or repair operations, the right of withdrawal must apply to such additional services or goods.
8. The supply of sound recordings or sealed videos or sealed computer programs that have been unsealed by the consumer and user after delivery.
9. The supply of digital content that is not provided on a tangible medium when execution has started with the prior express consent of the consumer and user with their knowledge that in doing so they lose their right of withdrawal.
10. The supply of alcoholic beverages whose price has been agreed upon at the time of concluding the sales contract and which cannot be delivered within 30 days, and whose actual value depends on fluctuations in the market that the entrepreneur cannot control.
Yes, but you will be responsible for the return shipping, and we will send you another size free of charge. We recommend that you check the size chart, which specifies both width and length measurements. The model photos also indicate the sizes they are wearing for reference. Changes or returns of personalized and/or used products will not be accepted unless there is a manufacturing defect in the product or personalization.
If you intend to change the size or make a return, please send an email to email@example.com, and they will guide you on the procedure. If you wish to exchange a product, you need to initiate a return and make a new purchase with the new product. We also recommend sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Once your product has been personalized, you cannot change or return it unless the product has a manufacturing and/or personalization defect. Before choosing the personalization option, we advise you to make sure you select the correct size.
Once we receive the returned package, we will process the refund within a maximum period of 7 to 10 days. The refund will be issued using the same payment method you used for your purchase, as follows:
If you paid with a credit card, the refund will be credited to the same card, and you can verify it in your card statement. The exact date of payment settlement will depend on your bank.
If you used PayPal for payment, the refund will be credited back to your PayPal account. If you paid via cash on delivery (contrareembolso) or bank transfer, please provide us with a bank account number where we can make the refund.
